A 1968 Porsche 911 delivered through Mitsuwa to Japan, forgotten for thirty years, and hand painted by a Polish artist with a rally livery for a race that never happened. Shinjuku to Fuji Speedway. Every sponsor on the car is period correct. The route is fiction.
Pawel Kalinowski graduated from Poland's Academy of Fine Arts and still can't explain why he makes what he makes. He doesn't try. The Shinjuku Project sits between what happened and what should have, and it doesn't need you to pick a side.
